		<description>Using a vibro plate at my local gym caused my shin splints!  I have never had shin splints before and I felt them for the first time whilst using this machine!  I am diabetic, 25 yrs old with no other complications so I am quite disappointed with it.</description>

		<description>Use the vibro plate at my gym as I think they are great for massaging the quads/thighs and calfs (I assume all vibro plates have this setting)...however it caused the reintroduction of my shin splints which i thought were gone when i was doing some strengthening exercises for the legs and as such i now avoid it for muscle workouts in case it brings the shin splints back again. Would avoid using them until you are 100% certain any muscle injuries have disappeared.</description>

		<description>I rarely get headaches but after my first session on the Power Plate I, too, had a bad headache and felt quite strnge, probably this is a similar reaction to that described by Tatiana.</description>

I am getting a few reports now of people suffering from headaches caused by the power plate. I have no idea why it happens but it would make sense to get it checked out by your doctor and in the meantime avoid the power plate. There are plenty of great exercises out there that do a much better job than the power plate.
