Yep, we have decided that the time has come to open the flood gates and allow your questions through! My own experience of the internet has proved that there is plenty of information out there, but sometimes the searching takes a while and even then you may not find what you are looking for.

We will make it easy for you and provide a simple and direct question and answer service.

So rather than wasting your time trying to find answers to your fitness questions, you can now send them directly to us and we will answer them as quickly as we can. It’s easy: all you have to do is click on the Contact beeble in the left hand menu (if you are reading the feed then you will have to visit www.beebleblog.com first). There you will find the form, just fill it out and click on ‘send message’ and that’s all you have to do - we’ll do the rest.

Now we promise to read every one of the emails sent in, but due to the large number of emails we will not be able to answer every single question. What we will do is answer the more popular questions by writing an article on the subject, so after you have sent in your question keep and eye out on beebleblog.com and hopefully you will find the answer you have been looking for. Of course at the quiet times and when we have an opportunity we will answer as many as we can.

We also realise that as beebleblog is still very young we won’t have all the answers you are looking for. But one day we will! By getting the most popular questions answered we help tailor the blog to your needs.
