		<description>I think that stomach crunches are the core of all stomach exercises. And can be considered as basic exercises. We should think about them as a part of our normal training program. We can do them at the beginning of you training or at the end. The important thing is to be systematic.

I  believe that cardio exercise are very good for getting flat stomach. They are also very good for your heart and the whole body. Isn’t it great? Important is to keep training level on average level of intensity and for long time. High intense training will burn first the carbohydrates not the fat from the stomach for example. So no high but average training.
