I've never heard someone describe a peach this way -- what edge?? It's one of the sweetest, juiciest and most decadent fruits in the world. It sounds as if you've only eaten them unripened! Would I be correct to guess you're not from a peach-growing country? Peach impressions aside, I really wanted to say that the exercise information on this site is the most genuinely informative and usable I've found online, and the structure of the website is excellent as well. I was very surprised by this line:
