Here at Beebleblog we love a good party and of course the drink that goes with it! However, we don’t like hangovers and I’m sure you don’t either! So here are our 3 top tips to avoid a hangover and 3 top tips to beat the hangover:
3 Top Tips to avoid a hangover:
- Have a good meal before starting the evening
- Have a glass of water with every alcoholic drink or as much as possible (may require lots of visits to the bathroom! - Beeble)
- Drink in moderation
We were going to do a fourth which would have been don’t drink at all! Although I have a feeling that not only would that be an obvious one but also would have been completely ignored.



A few days ago I was asked the question: can sit ups make your stomach bigger? It took me back to my school days when there was a belief that too many sit ups would have the opposite effect of the desired flat tummy and actually give you a big stomach. So I have taken it upon myself to settle this myth once and for all.
