New Year’s Day – 6 Top Tips for Hangovers
I hope you all had a fantastic New Year! With huge celebrations with friends and family.
Here at Beebleblog we love a good party and of course the drink that goes with it! However, we don’t like hangovers and I’m sure you don’t either! So here are our 3 top tips to avoid a hangover and 3 top tips to beat the hangover:
3 Top Tips to avoid a hangover:
- Have a good meal before starting the evening
- Have a glass of water with every alcoholic drink or as much as possible (may require lots of visits to the bathroom! – Beeble)
- Drink in moderation
We were going to do a fourth which would have been don’t drink at all! Although I have a feeling that not only would that be an obvious one but also would have been completely ignored.
3 Top Tips to cure a hangover the morning after:
- Eat a big hearty breakfast, even though that may seem like the last thing you would want to do (click here to learn more about Breakfast).

If I happen to wake at night to visit a bathroom, I always drink a glass of pure water, with no vitamins or anything like that, just water. It prevents dehydration which is one of the worst hangover effects.
