Do you enjoy jogging outside or do you prefer the treadmill? Going outside for that run can give you that chance for a little ‘you time’. Today was back and triceps and it didn’t go very well. I learnt a valuable life lesson and that is if you have an impromptu business meeting the night before don’t have that “one more for the road” drink.
