Learn how to stretch your body
We have been very busy recently getting Beeble’s Exercise Library filled with all the exercises we teach our clients, so that you can learn the perfect technique. Of course this doesn’t usually mean we write a post on the subject, however we felt this time we would write a post as we have added a whole new section on stretching.
The stretches
Stretching is one of the main exercises that is often overlooked in many people’s exercise routines and when it is performed it is often rushed and performed badly. Well, now you have no excuses because we have added 22 of the most important stretches on to our Exercise Library.
What you will learn
You will be able to see how to position your body and how to move with clear concise instructions and pictures. As with all our exercises, our muscle man shows you which muscles are stretched and where they are on your body.
Time to stretch
There is no time like the present to make a difference to your body and its muscles by heading over to our Exercise Library and begin your stretching regime.
