Wish your way to Fitness
Have you found yourself staring out of the window dreaming if only you could find the right person who would be able to train you and give you the body you want? Maybe you are the ‘doing’ type of person who trawls their way through company after company trying to find the best personal trainer, physio or nutritionist and the best deal?
Time is short and most of us don’t have the luxury of spending a lot of it on endless searches that don’t seem to give us an answer. I was recently on one such task looking for a personal trainer who could take over my client’s training regime as they were relocating. I admit that part of me was slightly wishing that I hadn’t agreed to find a replacement for my client, especially when I noticed the number of trainers that work in my old stomping ground in London. After about 6 hours of calling, questioning and praying I managed to find what I was looking for. Without a doubt I wish there had been a way to do all that in 5 minutes as I missed out on my own training time (a time that I rarely miss). Youwish.com is one of those companies that when you hear of them you wonder why no one has thought of it before. They offer you “wishes” that allow you to enter the service, object or business you want or need and then the businesses come to you with what they can offer. So literally my 6 hour task could have been turned into a 5 minute one and I wouldn’t have had an excuse to miss the gym and I would have received all the questions answered without having to re-ask them every time. Of course if you are looking for something other than services to improve your health they offer that too, in fact I don’t think there is an industry that they don’t or couldn’t cover.
Youwish.com say they are turning the marketing world on its head and I have to say I can see where they are coming from. This could be one of those mobile phone moments where you wonder how you could have survived without it. It is certainly a tool I will be adding to my arsenal to battle against the excuses of clients who tell me that they are sorry that they didn’t do their exercise this week as they didn’t have enough time.
So if you are in the UK and finding that you have less and less spare time or you want the right person to find you then try out youwish.com. I just wish I had heard of them sooner
