Make your Spinning Classes even Better
Tuesday, February 17th, 2009
In the history of the fitness world there have been a few seminal moments that bring a change to the gym world for the better. The Swiss Ball or Fit Ball has been one of the recent ones as has the introduction of Spinning Classes on stationary bikes. You can probably find a selection of Spinning Classes near you and you may have even given them a go. As a general rule the only element that sets one class apart from the others is the quality of your instructor. Well, all that might be about to change with an introduction of a brand new piece of equipment that I feel could really take the gym world by storm.
Why you should have a Slendertone Belt
Thursday, January 15th, 2009
I have been wanting to write a post on Slendertone since I first started this blog over 2 years ago. Why have I been so keen? I hear you ask. Well, mainly because it has provoked quite a lot of controversy in the fitness industry, with people giving either praise or condemning it – as with many of the other fitness gizmos that come on to the market. I love controversy and nothing makes a more interesting post than making a stand. At Beeble’s Fitness blog we are very enthusiastic about Slendertone and you should read more to find out why we feel this way.

He explains how our minds are divided into five main areas: memory, attention, language, visual-spatial skills and executive function and that all these areas need to be stimulated and challenged. Read on and find out how you can effectively exercise that brain of yours…
