What can you expect from the book

In all honesty I was wondering how you could fill a whole book with just superfoods and keep it interesting. Don't get me wrong, I love superfoods as part of a diet, but can a book be written on the subject without just becoming just a series of nutritional comparisons?

In the history of the fitness world there have been a few seminal moments that bring a change to the gym world for the better. The Swiss Ball or Fit Ball has been one of the recent ones as has the introduction of Spinning Classes on stationary bikes. You can probably find a selection of Spinning Classes near you and you may have even given them a go.
